Official Rules 2026

La Champions de les Empreses · 6th edition · 7-a-side football · Job & Sports ®

⚠️ 2026 changes — Team composition

This edition introduces new rules: at least 80% of players linked to the company, a check on registered players and no external player may be an active registered athlete. Reading these rules before registering is mandatory.

1. Registration

1.1 Number of players

Each team may register a maximum of 15 players and a minimum of 10. The offside rule will NOT apply in the tournament.

1.2 Squad composition (the 80% rule) New 2026

At least 80% of the registered players must have a real, verifiable link to the company they represent. At most, 20% (rounded down) may be external players.

A player is considered linked to the company if they are: an employee on the payroll (salary or CASS), a partner or director, or a freelancer who regularly invoices the company.

1.3 External players (the 20%) New 2026

Permitted external players must be strictly amateur. No external player may be an active registered athlete, in either the 1st or 2nd division.

1.4 Registered players

A maximum of 4 registered players in total is allowed, of whom at most 2 may be from the 1st division; the rest must be from the 2nd division. Valid combinations: 2 from 1st + 2 from 2nd, 4 from 2nd, 1 from 1st + 3 from 2nd, etc. (never more than 4 in total, nor more than 2 from the 1st division).

All registered players must be part of the company's staff (counted within the 80%) and may never be external players. Registered status counts in any format: 11-a-side or futsal. Exceeding these limits may lead to sanctions, from a warning to disqualification (see point 11).

1.5 Declaration of responsibility New 2026

When registering players, the team manager must sign the Team Composition Declaration of Responsibility (Annex I), certifying compliance with the 80%, the external-player limit and the registered-player rules.

1.6 Right of verification New 2026

The organisation reserves the right to request, at any time, documentation proving a player's link to the company and their non-registered status, either on its own initiative or following a complaint from another team.

1.7 Registration deadline

The deadline to register is [2026 DEADLINE — to complete] or when all spots are filled.

1.8 Payment and spot confirmation

The registration fee is €1,000 + IGI (4.5%), i.e. €1,045 in total per team. Payment is made to the account of the company responsible for the Job & Sports brand:

  • Company: Orgest
  • Tax ID (NRT): F-289640-Y
  • Bank: Creand Andorra
  • SWIFT: CRDAADAD
  • IBAN: AD1900031101122278010101

Important: pre-registration does NOT reserve a spot. A spot is confirmed only once full payment is received, and spots are assigned in strict order of payment.

1.9 Registering players

Once payment is confirmed, the team manager will receive an email confirming registration, and can then register the squad of players.

1.10 Waiting list New 2026

When the maximum number of teams with confirmed payment is reached, new teams join a chronologically ordered waiting list. If a confirmed team withdraws or fails to pay, the spot is offered to the first team on the waiting list.

1.11 Withdrawals and refunds

Once a spot is confirmed with payment, a voluntary withdrawal entitles the team to a refund solely depending on how far in advance it is communicated in writing (by email to info@jobandsports.com). The period is counted from the email date to the tournament start date:

Notice of communicationRefund
More than 30 days before the tournament100% of the fee
Between 15 and 30 days before50% of the fee
Less than 15 days before, or no-show0% — no refund

The refund is calculated on the fee paid and is processed after deducting bank charges from the refund. Verbal communications are not valid for this purpose; only the email date counts. The released spot will be offered to the waiting list.

Job & Sports is not responsible for costs or losses (delays, transport losses or any force majeure) or for events beyond the organisation's control.

2. Competition format

The format guarantees a minimum of 2 matches and a maximum of 6, with a maximum of 24 teams. First a group stage is played (single round-robin) and then a final stage.

StageMatch-up
Quarter-final 11st Group A — 2nd Group B
Quarter-final 21st Group B — 2nd Group A
Quarter-final 31st Group C — 2nd Group D
Quarter-final 41st Group D — 2nd Group C
Semi-final 1Winner QF1 — Winner QF2
Semi-final 2Winner QF3 — Winner QF4
3rd and 4th placeSemi-final losers
FinalSemi-final winners

The 1st and 2nd of each group qualify. In play-off matches, a tie is decided by penalties. The Technical Management may change the format depending on the number of entrants, always guaranteeing a minimum of 2 matches.

3. Match duration

All matches last 30 minutes (two halves of 15 min, 5-min break). Teams must be ready 15 minutes before the match.

4. Ranking rules

In case of a tie in the group stage, it is resolved by: (1) overall goal difference, (2) goals scored, (3) head-to-head result between the tied teams, (4) fair play, (5) draw.

In quarter-finals and semi-finals, a tie is resolved directly by penalties (a set of 3 per team; if still tied, sudden death). The takers must be those who finished the match on the pitch.

5. Kits

All players must wear a shirt with a number matching the official team sheet. The number cannot be changed during the tournament without authorisation. If kits clash, the away team will wear a bib provided by the organisation. The use of shin guards is recommended for player safety.

6. Balls

All matches are played with a size 5 ball. It cannot be changed during the match without the referee's authorisation. For the warm-up, each team brings its own balls.

7. Document control

Up to 15 players may be listed on the team sheet. Identity documents must be available 30 minutes before the match. Valid documents: ID card, passport or CASS card (photocopies are not accepted).

If a team fields a player irregularly — through an excess of registered players, by breaching the 80% rule, by fielding a registered external player, or by fielding an unregistered player — it will lose the match (1-0 or 0-1 depending on home/away), without prejudice to the sanctions in point 11.

Managers may request a check of the opponent before the 10th minute, making their own documentation available and with the check carried out by the referee or an organisation member.

8. Substitutions

Substitutions are unlimited and made from the halfway line. A player may only come on once their teammate has come off; otherwise, a yellow card.

9. Referees

All matches are led by professional referees. The referee is the highest authority and may suspend the match for misconduct. A team with fewer players than allowed (4 plus goalkeeper) loses the match 3-0.

10. Omitted rules

Job & Sports decides on complaints, sanctions and unforeseen cases, through the Competition Committee, according to the principles of Fair Play. Its decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

11. Sanctions and complaints

A sent-off player or coach does not play the following match. Two yellow cards = a one-match ban. Cards are cleared at the start of the 2nd stage (except the second yellow in the last match of the group stage). Complaints are submitted via the Official Complaint Form, up to 60 minutes after the match and before the next one starts, having been noted on the team sheet. Complaints about refereeing decisions are not accepted.

11.10 Fraud in team composition New 2026

A false Declaration of Responsibility, breaching the 80%, fielding registered external players or exceeding the registered-player limit is a very serious offence, and entails: disqualification of the team, total loss of the fee with no refund, voiding of all results, a ban from future editions and loss of prizes.

12. Draw

The draw takes place 1 week before the tournament. The date and time will be announced; afterwards, managers will have access to the match schedule.

13. Schedule · Cancellation

Job & Sports may change the schedule for the smooth running of the tournament. It reserves the right to cancel it if a minimum of 8 teams is not reached.

14. No-show

A no-show at a match is penalised with a 0-3 / 3-0 defeat. Two consecutive no-shows lead to disqualification and the modification of all results. If deemed deliberate, the team may be excluded as early as the first one.

15. Pitch

The tournament takes place at the Ordino technical centre pitch (Andorra), with 2 artificial-grass 7-a-side pitches. Aluminium studs are prohibited (rubber studs only).

16. Insurance and waiver of liability

Everyone who wishes to play must have their own insurance and be registered with Social Security (CASS) or hold an equivalent private insurance in force. It is each manager's responsibility to ensure all their players meet this requirement. The organisation does not cover any medical expenses.

Each player declares they are in adequate physical condition to take part in the tournament. The use of shin guards is recommended.

Waiver of liability

Playing sport involves inherent risks. Each player takes part entirely voluntarily and at their own risk, and is responsible for whatever may happen to them while playing in the tournament. By registering and accepting these rules, teams and players release Job & Sports ®, the organisation and its collaborators from any liability for injuries, accidents, material damage, theft, illness or any harm arising from participation, whether before, during or after the matches. Each team's manager confirms, when registering players, that all their players have read and accept this waiver.

The tournament has civil liability insurance, civil defence and a bond of up to €150,000, with a per-victim sub-limit of €60,000.

17. Prizes and trophies

1st place (Champion): trophy + activity + gala dinner. 2nd place: trophy + dinner. 3rd place: trophy + dinner. In addition: trophy and prize for the least-beaten goalkeeper, the top scorer (Pichichi) and Fair-Play.

18. Tournament cancellation

If the tournament has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the organisation's control, only the amounts paid directly to the organisation will be refunded.

19. Acceptance of the rules

All participating teams accept these rules without reservation from the moment of registration.

20. Data protection

In accordance with Law LQPD 29/2021 and Decree 391/2022, players' data and images are processed solely for their participation in the tournament. They will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. Rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection at info@jobandsports.com.

Annex I — Team Composition Declaration of Responsibility

When registering players through the official registration form, each team's manager accepts (with their full name and a date record) the following declaration of responsibility:

«I DECLARE UNDER MY RESPONSIBILITY» that:

  • At least 80% of the players have a real, verifiable link to the company.
  • The external players (max. 20%) are not active registered athletes in any division.
  • The registered players included are at most 4 in total (maximum 2 from the 1st division) and all are part of the company's staff.
  • I have read and accept the Official Rules, and all players have read and accept them.
  • Each player takes part voluntarily and at their own risk, and has their own insurance and Social Security registration (or equivalent).

A false declaration entails disqualification of the team, loss of the fee and a ban from future editions (point 11.10).

✔️ This declaration is accepted during registration, when registering players. There is no paper document to fill in.
